Hi, I'm Jess Bingham. I am a certified nutrition coach (NASM CNC) and founder of Mom Squad Nutrition. I have been in the coaching space for seven years.

On paper, I know what it takes to build a healthy body. I have been involved in sportsand nutrition since college. I know the science.

But in my early 30s, none of that stopped my body from completely changing on me.Barely sleeping. Always tired. Weight I couldn't shift no matter what I tried. Cholesterol climbing. Joint pain starting.
